Cajun Corn and Okra

One 10 oz pkg frozen whole kernel corn.
One 10 oz pkg frozen, cut okra
1/3 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped, seeded, peeled tomato
1/4 tsp onion powder
Several dashes hot pepper sauce

In a large sauce pan, combine corn, okra, water and salt. Bring to boiling, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Drain. Stir in tomato, onion powder and bottled hot pepper sauce. Heat through.

Makes four (2/3-cup) servings.
