Cheesy Vegetable Nachos

One 1 oz can refried beans
One 12 oz jar salsa
One 8 oz jar cheese spread
One 7-1/2 oz pkg tortilla chips
1-1/2 cups lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped zucchini
1/4 cup sour cream

Combine beans and salsa in saucepan; stir over low heat until thoroughly heated. Heat process cheese spread according to label directions. On serving platter, layer chips, bean mixture, lettuce, tomatoes and zucchini; cover with process cheese spread. Top with sour cream.
