Sauteed Zucchini and Squash in Lemon-Herb Butter

3/8 lb butter
Juice of 2 lemons
Fresh lemon basil, thyme, oregano - 1 tsp each (or 2 tbs dried)
1 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Melt 1/8 lb butter in saute pan. Add sliced vegetables in butter pot, melt remaining butter, add fresh herbs and saute on high for 1 minute. Add lemon juice. Pour over sauteed vegetables and sprinkle with black pepper. Garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs used in dish.
