Scalloped Potatoes Supreme

8 cups thinly sliced, pared potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
One 10 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
One 10 oz can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
Dash pepper

Spread 4 cups sliced potatoes in the bottom of greased 12x7-1/2x2 inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, 3/4 tsp salt and dash pepper. Flour 1/2 the mixture over potatoes. Repeat layers. Cover, bake in 350F oven for one hour. Uncover and bake 30-45 minutes longer.
