White Potatoes in Cheese Sauce

1 can Bruce's Whole White Potatoes, drained
1 cup cheese Sauce
1 tbs diced pimientos

Cheese Sauce:
2 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 Cup grated cheese

In a saucepan melt fat and remove from heat. Add flour and salt and blend. Add milk, return to low heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add grated cheese to sauce and continue stirring until melted.

Add potatoes to cheese sauce and heat thoroughly, then add pimientos and blend.

Makes: 4 small servings.
